 L'Italiano in Cucina will not only enhance your cooking vocabulary but also delve into the origins of recipes, food-related proverbs and sayings, and the art of traditional cuisine. These practical skills will enrich your Italian learning journey, providing with a deeper understanding of Italian culture and cuisine.

This course is designed for Intermediate to Advanced Italian learners.​

No previous cooking experience is required

 Let's make fresh pasta together. We'll choose between tagliatelle or maltagliate with tomato. Get ready to get your hands in the dough and experience the pasta's texture, color, and aroma. We'll even learn some Italian culinary vocabulary and prepare the sauce while discussing the delightful aroma of our dish.

Let's prepare pizza dough together, an experience that will fill you with joy and anticipation. Each participant will get the chance to knead their dough at home. While doing so, we will delve into the origins of pizza, its evolution in Naples, and global spread. Together, we will explore the various types of pizza. We'll then roll out the dough and create a delicious Margherita pizza that we will savor as we discuss its taste, aroma, appearance, and more. This experience promises to leave you enthusiastic and eager for the next class
